I Md Farhad Hossain, am an MSc Researcher in Textile Engineering at Wuhan Textile University under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC). I am also serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering at Daffodil International University. My research focuses on wearable triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs), electrospinning, MXene-based nanocomposites, smart textiles, advanced composite materials, and circular textile technologies.
My work integrates advanced materials, flexible sensing systems, and sustainable textile engineering to develop next-generation wearable and energy-harvesting technologies. I have contributed to multiple peer-reviewed international publications in the fields of smart textiles, circular economy, sustainable materials, and functional nanocomposites in Springer, Wiley, Taylor and Francis publishers.
I possess hands-on expertise in electrospinning, nanomaterial synthesis, textile manufacturing, and materials characterization techniques, including SEM, FTIR, XRD, and UV–Vis spectroscopy. I am also skilled in Python, R, SPSS, Tableau, and data-driven research analysis for advanced scientific applications.
